We are looking for an enthusiastic cateringcolleague who has a passion for food and possess good speed. Customer service is very important. We appreciate flexibility and we are looking for someone who can also work during the weekends. Do you possess good communication skills and are you stress resistant then we have the perfect job for you!
About our company
Food of Cultures is a socially responsible business that helps people who have trouble finding jobs. We especially focus on helping women with migration backgrounds become skilled in the hospitality industry.
Our mission is to introduce people to fresh and affordable dishes from around the world. We believe that food brings people together and helps them learn about different cultures.
Our vision is that everyone deserves a chance to grow, no matter their background. We want to help create a society where everyone feels included and welcome.
What are your tasks?
You take care of the catering at different locations and represent our company. This means you check the food before leaving, set-up the catering on location and clean up afterwards. We also organise events like Dinner on the Dike where we cater for groups of 700 people.
What do we offer you?
- A fun job for approximately 10 hours a week (this can vary)
- Working in a fun team with colleagues with different nationalities
- Obviously, you will enjoy our meals
- A job full of variety at our social company in Wageningen
What do we ask from you?
- Availability during the week from 16:00 and in the weekend
- 2 or 3 weekends per month availability
- Driver license (this is very important, so don’t apply if you don’t have a valid drivers license)
- Availability on 6th of July and 17th of August. We have two big events on those dates and the whole team should be available.
